Policies, Terms & Conditions: ANSWERED

The One Day Hike (ODH) has received many requests to alter, sell, swap, or otherwise exchange registration spots with other individuals, family members and friends.

It is the policy of the One Day Hike that registrations are NOT transferable. Registrants will need to sign in at the start of the hike. Names cannot be substituted, swaped, sold, or given to another interested party.

How will I know when registration has re-opened?

Stay tuned to our website, www.OneDayHike.org, our Facebook page or on Twitter to stay up to date with registration openings, changes, etc.  You may also want to join the ODH Yahoo Group email list.

How do I go about canceling my spot?

To cancel a registration and obtain a refund (minus a $5 non-refundable processing fee), a written request must be submitted to the ODH registrar (michaelmclain48@yahoo.com) before registration closes (April 12, 2010). Registration for the 2010 Hike is $40.

LIABILITY NOTICE
Please make sure to read the Sierra Club’s “Acknowledgment of Participant Responsibility, Express Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability”; you will be required to sign your consent at the start of the hike.
